With the development of economy and society in recent years, large numbers ofphosphorus, nitrogen and organic compounds in the domestic wastewater and industrialwastewater are being discharged into water bodies,such as lakes,rivers and landscapewaters in gardens. The massive growth of alga and plankton caused fish and other bio-massdeaths and the quality of water deteriorated.The problem of water pollution is becoming akey factor affecting the development of economy and society.The research uses biostimulation to bioremediate the landscape water in garden ofSuzhou.The biostimulation is a kind of bioremediation and the medicament is safe andwithout any bacteriums. Bio-energizer is produced by Bio Huma Netics inc inShanghai,and contains lots of nutritional things such as microelements,vitamin,hormoneand organic acid.Bio-energizer could promote the growth of bacterium to facilitate theimprovement of water quality. COPPER contains 4% sulfur(combined),5% copper, humicand fulvic acids,ionized water, natural surfactants,natural bio stimulants,natural enzymesand natural buffers.It could kill the alga quickly and control the eutrophication of water.On the basis of laboratory tests under diffenent conditions,the removal effect on TN,TP and organic compounds in polluted surface water is investigated, and the study aimed tochoose the optimized dosage and the combination of the BE and COPPER.And alsodiscuss the factors affecte the biostimulation to propose reasonable advices.Stimulated the polluted surface water, the tests are carried out indoor and outdoor.Theresults discovered that BE 3ml/m~3+COPPER 3ml/m~3 are the best propotion between BEand COPPER in spring and summer. Nitrogen and organic pollutant removal rate is higherthan 10% above blank contrast.BE 3ml/m~3+COPPER 3ml/m~3 are a good choice forbiostimulating in the condition of low temperature. The period of validity is about 15~20days.The biostimulation is safe, easily to be operated and can promote the purification oflandscape water.
