The project can provide advanced technological way andappropriate workpiece installation in the precision machining ofengine cylinder sleeve for the infantry armoared car and tank. Itmakes the machining quality of the inside surface coming up tothe international advanced level, improves the life time and thereliability of the engine cylinder sleeve, and satisfies thedemands of improving engine power and reliability.Basing on the German demand of thecnology index about theinside surface of engine cylinder sleeve, we defined the advancedtechnological honing-laping and designed appropriate equipmentabout workpiece installation. Through test the technologicalparmeters which come up to the international advanced level aredefined.
