Apple pomace is the primary by-product of apple production. But apple pomace have not obtained further processing and utilization for lacks of capital and technology. So most of them was discarded as rubbish,it serionsly polluted the enviroment and wasted resource. In order to making full use of apple pomace and getting the function material—apple polyphenols,we taked the agricultural waste material—apple pomace as the research material in this research., with gallic acid as standard sample, determining of the polyphenols in the apple pomace by FC—Folin method were investigated;Microwave assisted extraction technique of Apple polyphenols in apple pomace was studied by quadratic perpendicularity and universal rotational designs,the optimum conditions was determined; Static adsorption and desorption tests were carried out to screen the best resin from 7 types of macroporous adsorbent resin for AP,discussed the optimum conditions for macroreticular purification of AP; Using polyphenols of apple pomace from microwave assisted extraction to contrast with usual antioxidant to determine the effects on antioxidation to fats and peanut oil.The conclusions of this research were as follows:1,The results showed that extraction rate of AP was 6281.82μg/g by using acetone as extractant , which was higher than extraction rate of methanol and ethanol. The extraction rate was more than 31.19% and 38.04 % respectively;2,The results showed that extraction rate of AP by using MAE methods, which was higher than extraction rate by refluxing and ultrasonic extraction method. The extraction rate was more than 74.55 % and 30.2% respectively;3,The optimum conditions were extraction time 50 S,microwave radiation 750 W, acetone concentration 40 % ,the rate of solid to solutionl:80,the maximum of extraction rate was 6509.98μg/g in theory,it is higher than that of refluxing and ultrasonic extraction method. 4,Different resins performed differently in adsorbing AP. XDA-5 was the most appropriate in separating and purifying of AP among the seven chosen macroreticular resins. When the concentration of AP was 2.5 mg/mL,80% ethanol used as eluent at the speed of 1.0 mL/min, desorption rate of AP could reach 81.34%,the purity of AP could reach the height of 45.74 %, which was approximately 47 times higher than the previous0.97%;5,AP acted well in anti-oxidation on peanut oil and fats.
