The Study Of Oil/gas/water Separation With High Efficient Separator

The separation of oilfield production is important in the petroleum industry, the economic benefit of separation equipment influence that of the whole gathering facilities. Hence,the development of new separation equipment with higher efficiency and lower cost play a great practical part in the oil production.Now that the current 3-phase separators have many defects,by means of the study of gas-liquid's kinematic relation in cyclone separation and the study of oil/water separation in gravity settling separation,a new kind of high efficient dehydrating equipment-- high efficient separator has been developed successfully. The equipment includes cyclone separator cartridge and high efficient water segregation cylinder,water/oil/gas system will firstly be sent into cyclone separator cartridge, in which, gas and liquid is divided, and then, in the high efficient water segregation cylinder,oil and water is divided. The high efficient separator has been used in many processing enters such as shouzhan, yihezhan, bosanzhan, dingwangzhan and so on,which has achieved good results and high economic profits.
