With the developing of polymer flooding, sewage containing polymer is becoming more and more complex to deal with for its cpmplex constitue. Thereore, the oil remover with high efficency and low cost for sewage containing polymer is required. The domestic polymer-bearing wastewater treatment process, the status and use of pharmaceutical research progress were firstly summarized in this paper, then a new route to prepare oil remover, in which diethylene triamine, dicyandiamide, hexane diamine and epichlorohydrin were selected materials, was proposed. Such influence as the proportion of material, reaction temperature, constant temperature time on the apperance and performance was discussed, and the optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: to prepare prepolymer with mass percent of 50.0%, mole of ratio of diethylene triamine and dicyandiamide is 1.0:1.0, reaction temperature is 150℃, reaction time is 5.0 hours; to prepare final product, mole of ratio of hexamethylen diamine (50.0%) and prepolymer is 0.8:0.2,epichlorohydrin dropping temperature is 50℃, keep temperature at 70℃for 2.0 hours, the mole of ratio of the mixture and epichlorohydrin is 1.0:0.8. The results of evluation showed that, a oil removing efficency of 94.0% can be attained with obtained oil remover of a mass concentration of 8.0mg/L and settling for 30mins. This oil remover has been applied in Chengdong union station of Shengli oil field. With a dose of 350kg/d, oil content in the sewdge can be reduced to reach the standard of recirculated water.
