Study On The Character And Controlling Measure Of Air Pollution In Qingdao

Constructing ecological city, green Olympic Games and improving habitationenvironment are taken as the main goal of Qingdao environment, so as to makeQingdao into national environment model city, which is the core of environmentprotecting in Qingdao, and the same to this paper. Integrated renovation has beendeveloped, law has been executed greatly, the air environment has been improvedcontinuously. However, the main air contamination concentration of Qingdao arestill higher than that of the Occident. With the development of economy,energysources consuming will rise. To improve air quality more and realize "Theeleventh five year plan", the environment protecting work will face greatpressure. So scientific air pollution strategy must be established.Opsis EnviMan is the software of air quality supervising. EnvironmentalBureau of Qingdao and Sweden International Development Association(SIDA)cooperate to develop the air quality model system. This paper is asub-project of China- Sweden cooperating project, the main study is thefollowing:(1) Making thebest of lots of continuous surveying data from automatic system,analyzing the polluting status, distributing character and main influencingfactor of main contamination. The results show that the variety of air characteris seasonal and weak coal pollution.(2) By dint of Opsis EnviMan, simulating the impact of main contamination toair quality, analyzing the main pollution source.(3) According to the problems of air pollution character in Qingdao, scientificand operable pollution controlling measure is established.
