Along with the development of science and technology, the high-precision sphericity framework was used in lots of measurement systems, For example precision-instrument, machinery manufacturing , aviation and aerospace equipment ,various national defence equipment and so on.. Then, the level of precision spherical workpiece had a great impact on the quality of the whole system, which urgently requires the accuracy of spherical components increasing highly, and the high-precision processing technology is based on the high precision measurement technology. The diameter and error are the main criterion in the process sphericity. Thus, in this paper, we mainly discuss the content about the optimization design of the main components of the measurement system and how to evaluate the error of sphericity by the software in high precision.This paper is based on the pneumatic measurement system, according on the technique index of this item, and simulating to the main constituent part of the measurement system by Matlab, then, the Configuration can be optimized design. Secondly, in this paper we established the mathematics modeling to sphericity evaluates, in the process of the sphericity evaluates by the minimum zone methods, the least square methods, the maximum inside sphericity methods and minimum contour of sphericity methods, we adopted the "number theory lattice " to program the software of sphericity Evaluation by Matlab language. At last, Compared with the experimental results and then educe the final conclusion.
