Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) belong to a class of ubiquitous organic carcinogenic compounds in the environment, the studies of that existed the early research. PAHs enter the soil system inclued three ways: the atmospheric granule sedimentation adsorption, the sewage irrigation, dumping of waste, and the industry leaks. The soil takes the 90% environment load of PAHs, poses the latency threat through the food chain to the humanity. The use of surfactants to enhance remediation organic contaminated soils has been a hotspot of environmental and soil chemistry. The study showed that the dissolved organic matter improved transportion of organic pollutant in soils. Soil aging effects the biovalidity of organic pollutant in soils. Therefore, it is significance to study the effect of aging and the dissolved organic matter on remediation and control soils and groundwater.By using soil column leaching experiment, translocation of PAHs in dryland red soil and paddy soil from Xiamen area as influenced by dissolved organic matter and soil aging under coexistence of anionic surfactants studied by and influences of transfer with aging and the dissolved organic matter. The study indicated that using high concentration anionic surfactant leaching soil, measurement of PAHs of existed difficulty because of anionic surfactant emulsifying .This study provided measurement of phenanthrene in water samples containing LAS surfactant. The method possesses simple, time-saving, the high recovery ratio, higher precision and accuracy. The method may be a measurement of phenanthrene in water samples containing LAS surfactant.Soil column leaching experiment result demonstrated that anionic surfactant can promote desorption of PAHs in the soils, increase solubility of PAHs, enhance distribution of water and NAPLS, and facilitate transportation of PAHs. Under the LAS leaching, the paddy soil has the strong adsorption to the organic pollutant. Regardless of aging ,D0M increased the organic pollutant mobility in the dryland, the paddy soil of earlier period increased the organic pollutant mobility, but that of later period is not obvious. Therefore the dissolved organic carbon increased the organic pollutant concentration of water, enhanced the organic pollutant in soil mobility. The study also displayed the mobility of the organic pollutants of the two soils reduce during the process of the soil aging. The transfer in paddy soils is obvious more difficult than that of dryland. In a conclusion, the study demonstrated adding the dissolved organic matter can promote the anionic surfactant leaching effect and enhance surfactant-Enhanced Remediation organic pollution soil. However, aging can decrease transportion of PAHs, at the same time , it also can hinder PAHs filtering from the soil, Consequently it fixed the orgnic pollutant, made it difficult to move in the soil. This article provides the reference basis to the organic pollution soil remediation and reduction the pollution transfer to surface water and the ground water.
