In view of the current water shortage faced by the water and the environmental pollution problems, to control eutrophication, research simple, efficient, low-phosphorus removal process sewage and sewage treatment method has become a hot area of universal concern. Based on the latest researches on phosphorus removal, a sequencing batch biofilm reactor system was explored to treat wastewater in this paper. This paper introduces the principle of phosphorus removal technology and phosphorus removal process and the detailed exposition of the SBBR process, type and characteristics of the study and its research progress at home and abroad. The topics studied activated sludge and biofilm compound microbial culture characteristics in the process of change and its impact factor, the ratio of air to water, the rate of filling materials for distribution, flow shear and COD loading is pegged to influence biological membrane filling the important factors, cyclical use of anaerobic / aerobic space means run - the increase COD loading, reduce gas water ratio, suitable for filling and distribution rate increased flow shear conditions, to accelerate the process of biofilm formation. Fill in the analysis of the impact of factors linked membrane made on the basis of changes in the scope of the operation parameters: temperature of 10°C to 25°C, pH 6.5 to 8, the filling voted for the 30% distribution rate, the ratio of air to water in the aeration stage to ensure that the dissolved oxygen is 2 to 4 mg/L , anaerobic control of the dissolved oxygen concentration in the 0.2 mg/L.Determine SBBR operating times :anaerobic/aerobic mode, influent 0.1 hour, anaerobic 2 to 3 hours, aeration 7 to 9 hours, precipitation 0.75 to 1.25 hours. Sludge time for 5 days.SBBR technology to study the efficiency of domestic sewage treatment, the author through the orthogonal test method to determine the best operating conditions of: influent time 0.15 hour, anaerobic 2.5 hours, 8 hours aeration, sedimentation 1 hour, 0.15 hour drainage time. Stable operation of the system results show that: SBBR system of organic carbon and phosphorus removal efficiency and good stability, With COD 281.50 to 501.20 mg/L and TP 9.58 to 13.01 mg/L in the influent, the average removal of COD and TP is over 89.70% and 92.20%, respectively。...
