With the country's rapid economic development, urban domestic sewage and chemical waste water output also increased rapidly. Annually, China's oil and chemical industry, metallurgy, paper making, tanning, fermentation brewing, pharmaceutical, textile printing and dyeing industries produce more than 10,000 tons of organic waste liquid. Most of organic wastewater containing toxic substances, which are harmful to our environment and ecological and have raised serious challenges. Burning method can make harmful organic matter be complete oxidation decomposed under high temperature, generating carbon dioxide and water and the organic compounds in waste water removal rate could reach 99.99% and above. In addition to establishing a waste heat recovery boiler flue gas emitted from the burning furnace heat, steam or electricity production, can be effective in reducing the wastewater incineration costs, and achieve energy conservation and reduce pollution purpose, both at home and abroad is the preferred method for dealing with waste water.For the method of processing wastewater incineration, there are still some problems that need to be resolved, such as the burning temperature setting, produced during the incineration emissions and other pollutants. In recent years, both at home and abroad on these issues done related research, have made many valuable results. But the current burning furnace combustion process and emissions of pollutants such as mechanism explained by the physical conditions of the restrictions still remain in the experimental conditions, and there is a lot of controversy. By using professional software Fluent, a refinery's incinerator was simulated in actual working conditions, and the study of wastewater in the incinerator was executed to discuss another method for the incinerator for future experience accumulating.In this paper, firstly, according to the actual situation of wastewater incinerator, the geometric model, mesh is established, and using Fluent software the mathematical model of the heater combustion process flows and numerical simulation are defined. Calculation of fuel oil is given only under the condition of the furnace combustion temperature, velocity field and the component distribution. Using the results of the subsequent calculation of wastewater as a secondary flow injected into the furnace condition, a further simulation is finished, and the detail of the state of the furnace combustion is studied. Finally, the characteristic of the emissions of pollutants, the influence of air preheating temperature and excessive air coefficients of the concentrations on NO emissions was analyzed, meanwhile I also investigated the infect of excessive air coefficients, the concentration of oxygen and air preheating temperature on SO2 emission concentration.
