In engineering blasting, the influence of blasting vibration often on adjacent the stability of underground constructures. For instance, open blasting have an impact on underground mines and laneways, as well as a directional blasting of dams will affect the diversion tunnel. To ensure the safety of underground constructures nearby (like tunnels, mine roadways, culvert, underground powerhouse, underground storage and so on), it is very important to know in what extent the blasting affects the safety in blasting design. As a result, the research on influence of surface blasting seismic wave on the roof of underground chambers is not only of great theorial but also engineering significance. The software ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used in this paper to stimulate vibration impacts of surface blasting on underground chambers. Then a nonelinear fitting is used to analyse the analogue the mass particle vibration velocity. Meanwhile the paper has analysis on impacts of blasting seismic wave from different directions on the roof of underground chamber, and different depths and shape of it, finally several conclusions are made based on that.A case of blasting project of mine to cut the slope of Henan Pingdingshan Ruipingshilong cement Co.,Ltd is analysed in this paper, then an analysis is made based on results of numerical stimulate and the datas of scene blasting vibration monitoring. The paper predicts a safety vibration velocity of underground chambers; makes a calculation of maximum safety quantity of charge in blasting by using scene monitoring datas and propagation law of underground blasting seismic wave by numerical stimulate, and to make several suggestions for shock absorption measures based on the predicted results and practical situation. Thus a scientific basis has been provided for practical blasting plan to guarantee the smooth progress of the project.
