| The study focus on a kind of clay material, using the unique characteristic of absorbability of it, and under certain conditions proceeded modification of the clay. The modification clay and the polymerization iron carbonyl ion occur polyreaction, prepared a new type of macromolecule compound flocculant named A. The new flocculant A has many high capability of adsorption and flocculence,and it is a new kind of the highly active and environmental protection compound flocculant .Using A to treat cupric heavy mental waste water, and studied the spectrrm performance of the A flocculant. Compared with other flocculants the A flocculant produced by this study perfomed well, which also has other advantages of broaden application range ,rapid flocculation velocity and high efficiency of removing pollutants in the wastewater.
