| The selection, incubation, identification, flocculation ability and chemical structural characteristics have been researched. The flocculantion efficiency of Pb2+ in low concentration waste water is determined, and the possible flocculation mechanism is analysized.Two kinds of high flocculation activitve microorganisms has been obtained. The one(named MBF-I3) is screened from excrement of animals by the enrichment and cultivation, and the other one( named MBFC) is obtained from activated sludge excrement of animals by flat cultivation and fermentation. After preliminary identifying, MBF-I3 is a kind of yeast,and MBFC is a kind of bacterium.The flocculation effect of MBF-I3 is obviously better than that of MBFC. The flocculation ratio of MBF-I3 to the suspension of kaolin is larger than 90 percent, and to Pb2+ in wastewater is 46 %. The results of UV, infra-red spectrum and colour reaction are shown that there are polar groups such as hydroxyl, carboxyl and amidocyanogens in MBF-I3 molecule. The MBF-I3 belongs to a glycosidoprotein. The MBFC is composed of polysaccharide, and the results of UV infra-red spectrum and colour reaction are shown that there is a spot of carboxyl, hydroxyl group. Elementary analysis indicates that the element proportion of C:H:O:N:S in MBF-I3 is 51:81:5:10:2.The functionary mechanism of treating Pb2+ in wastewater by MBF-I3 is mainly frame-bridge action and chemical absorption, but the electro-neutralization and the netting catch affection are assistant ways. The flocculation of MBFC can be accounted as Van Der Waals force, adsorption affinity of hydrogen bond, or chemical adsorption. |
