The process of protein feed preparation with food waste has been exploringly researched by using the technology of pretreatment in high temperature and microbial fermentation, and it is useful to selecting high effective microbes. The experimental parameters were optimized in order to achieve the optimum disposal result. It is very good processing way for resources, innocuity, amount-reduction of food waste.The main constituents of food waste is experimentally determinated and analyed. The results are shown that the nutrients in food watse is rich. The food waste is suitable for solid matrix of microbial fermentation. The degradation of capsaicin food waste is first researched during the process of protein feed by solid fermentation.The fermentation experiments of food waste in solid culture medium for the single bacterium have been done. The mulriple fermentation approach is adopted. The optimium combinability for Geotrichum candidum, Britain yeast ester solution, Trichoderma is obtained, and their proportion is 2∶2∶2. The optimal fermentation conditions are follow: moisture content of 65%, pH = 5.5, high-temperature sterilization Food waste need 20 minutes, input ratio of vaccination was 2 : 2:2, the vaccination was 15% , 29℃, fermentated 42 hours. After fermentation of food waste ,water-soluble protein could reach 1.986 mg / g, enhancing the 1.54mg/g;than before fermentation , crude protein content increased to 24.58% , increaseing 17.58% before fermentation.
