The nutrition of distille's grains was abundant and its thermal energy was higher. If it was utilized directly as feed, the majority of its component was difficult to absorb and utilize for livestock, which caused great waste.Distille's grains that used to produce protein feed by solid state fermentation could raise the protein content, improve the nutritional structure and enhance the feeding value of distille's grains. This paper mainly concerned screening of stains for producing protein feed by distille's grains fermentation and optimization of fermentation medium as well as fermentation conditions. The results were demonstrated as follows:(1)The solid state fermentation medium of distille's grains was optimized, which was as follows: 65% distille's grains,15% wheat bran,10% soybean meal,7% suger,3% ammonium sulfate,53% moisture content and natural p H by the screening of carbon and nitrogen sources, the pretreatment of reducing crude fiber content by means of removing chaff or adding cellulose enzyme. The method of pretreatment of distille's grains was that distille's grains was dried at 60?and then sifted through 20 mesh sieve after pulverization.(2)The results showed three strains had an advantage over two or four strains by optimization of strains combination. The three strains were Rhizopus oryzae,Bacillus subtilis and Canidida utilis. The inoculation ratio(2: 1: 2)of the strains was determined. The content of crude and true protein in fermented product was 31.19% and 25.12% respectively, which increased 43.07% and 41.76% respectively using the three strains.(3)Through the single factor test and orthogonal experiment,a set of distille's grains fermentation process conditions was established, which was as follows: the inoculation quantity of 8%,fermentation time of 72 h the fermentation temperature at 32? and the three strains ratio of 2:1:2.(4)The result demonstrated that content of crude and true protein in the fermented product increased 4.32% and 2.31% respectively in comparison with the control group by means of inoculating the strain of Rhizopus oryzae firstly and cultivating 24 hours, then inoculating the other strains of Bacillus subtilis and Canidida utilis subsequently. The method of controlling water content during the fermentation period displayed that content of crude and true protein in the fermented product increased 5.50% and 2.67%,respectively,and the quality of fermentation products improved by controlling the initial water content of 40%,the strain of Rhizopus oryzae firstly and cultivating 24 hours,,then supplementing with 20% water content to the medium.
