Comprehensive treatment and pollution prevention of sediment,a ubiquitous and significant environmental issue in the world,is one of the biggest problems in urban river treatment.A variety of toxic and hazardous pollutants in the sediment will release to aquatic environment through exchange,which is the major source of polluting overlying water.The study made use of united-remediation combined with physical redediation and bio-remediation,target the contamination in the sediment and combine with the characteristics of two remediation techniques.After having an understanding of in-situ remediation in sediment remdiation.On this basis ,the index of Physical chemistry adopted to quantify and verify the concentration and speciation of contaminations during the sediment remediation.The results indicated:(1) The bio-stimulant MTBE can improve the reductibility environment of the polluted sediment, irritate the growth of heterophic bacteria by a large number,rise to 106g-1 dry sludge from 105g-1dry sludge.Along with the polluted organic matter degradated ,The total of heterophic bacteria declined continually after going up to a certain extent ,and the width is grater than contrast far and away.(2) The bio-stimulant MTBE can increase the redox potential of the polluted sediment,thus it has good inhibited effect to the growth of anti-sulfuration bacteria,the number decreased from 1.2×105g-1 at beginning of the experiment to 1.35×103g-1 at the end . The activity of anti-sulfuration bacteria abated , the quantity of sulfureted hydrogen reduced , thereby it improve the black and stink of the water body.(3) The contants of sulfate radical in overlying water increased obviously because of the bio-stimulant MTBE ,rise from 0.001m/L at beginning of the experiment to 0.018mg/L at the end , in contrast to the counterpart, the contant is higher 0.012 mg/L.(4) Aeration combined with bio-stimulant MTBE used as a complement to the remediation of sediment ,can increase the index of dissolved oxygen effectively,and irritate the growth of aerobic microorganism,compared to unite bio-stimulant alone ,the number of microorganism can yield a current .,and the number of anti-sulfuration bacteria are steadily reduced all the time.(5) In the process of uniting bio-stimulant to remediatate sediment ,the overlying water have got some influences too.some index of target keeps high in a long time.
