The aerator is a kind of effective sewage disposal equipment in sewage plant, especially inverse umbrella aerator, it is recepted by the most consumers, because of its excellent oxygen transfer performance. But it is attentive that the pollution of microbial aerosols when the aerator is running.We do the local testing in three factory of sewage disposal in Changsha, Wuhan and Hefei on the plane. We make the estimate to the polluted grade of microbial aerosols which is produced by the aerator, and establish the diffusion model on the principle of the testing result. In this research, we do the testing to inverse umbrella aerator and blast aerator respectively in the pollusion of microbial aerosols, and the testing to inverse umbrella aerator is the emphases.The conclusion and the innovation in this research are as follows:1. We do the study in the technique of sampling, and design, ameliorate the adsorption technique. The technique of glide make vacuum and the technique of vacuum pump make vocuum are very effective, they will be applied in future.2. In the estimate the pollusion of microbial aerosols, it is a good idea that choosing Coliform bacteria and Total bacteria as the guide line of estimate. Coliform bacteria reflects the direction of diffusion, and Total bacteria reflects the polluted grade. In this moment we'd best choose Natural precipitation method as the method of sampling. Because it can be estimate with the criterion that have be made. At the same time, this method is simple and conwennient, it is applied easily.3. Surface aeration (inverse umbrella impellers) and blast aeration (atmosphere) can produce a great deal of microbial aerosols when they running. But their diffused distance is very short, and the most factory of sewage disposal have insulation to outside. So they don't make fierceness pollution to out entironment. 4. It can put down the pollution of the microbial aerosols effectively if building barn on the inverse umbrella aerator; if spanning sterilization installation, it can put down the pollution more.5. We also establish Gauss modify diffusion model and private facility model that can be the same with spot fountain of aerator, present calculator program and simulation example. That can be applied in the evaluation to the microbial aerosols.
