Ecological Safety Evaluation For Regional Agricultural Sustainable Development In Sanming Of Fujian Province

Sanming is one of the fast development areas in economic growth in Fu jiang province. With the increasing of economic development,the pressure of people's activities on the environment is increasing,and the conflict between human and land is also inceasing. Problems in agroecological environment have become more and more obvious. There, to scientifically evaluate the ecological security of agricultural sustainable development is very important for Sanming City to achieve sustainable production development, sustainable economic development and sustainable social development, so as to stage its economic take-off.Based on the theory of sustainable development, ecosystem service function, ecological carrying capacity and systems engineering,and also Sanming City's ecological security of sustainable agriculture development, this article use the method of quantitative and qualitative, to adopt way of "agro-ecological insecurity index"to empirically analyze and evaluate the ecological security of sustainable agriculture development in Sanming City from 1998 to 2002. The main fingings are:In 1998, the index for insecurity of sustainable agriculture development in Sanming is 0.4848, and in 2002, the index is 0.4773. All are in a state of "less safety". Accordingly, although after three year's ecological experiments in some counties, the trend of deterioration of the ecological security is relieved, but has not been completely controlled.Currently, sustainable agriculture development in Sanming city is still facing some problems, which seriously influence ecology security. The main problems are: degradation of land resources, increasingly serious environmental pollution, frequent natural disasters in agriculture, and the declining of the arable land's quantity and quality.To construct ecological security of sustainable agriculture development in Sanming City, firstly, we should have the awareness of ecology security crisis. Secondly, we should correctly handle the relationship between protection and development, and change the mode of economic growth. At last, we must take comprehensive measures to implement the strategy of sustainable development.The research results can not only lay an important foundation for regional ecological security early warning system, but also directly provide a scientific basis for the protection of ecological environment to Sanming City's sustainable agriculture development. In addition, the research methods can be utilized for regional agro-ecological security.
