Study On Agricultural Ecology Efficiency Evaluation And Influencing Factors In Hunan Province

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China’s economic development has made remarkable achievements,and its total economic output ranks second in the world.High-speed economic growth has indeed improved people’s living standards.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress points out that the main contradictions in our society have been transformed into the contradiction between people’s growing need for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development.However,the impact on the ecological environment in the process of agricultural development reduces the level of agricultural ecological efficiency.In order to understand the changes of agricultural ecological efficiency among cities and states in the process of agricultural development in Hunan,and provide reference for the development of agricultural ecology in Hunan.Firstly,the panel data of 14 cities and states in Hunan Province from 2007 to 2017 are taken as the research unit,and agricultural carbon emissions and agricultural pollution are regarded as unexpected outputs.The agricultural ecological efficiency of Hunan Province is measured by using super-efficiency SBM window model and ordinary SBM window model.It is concluded that the agricultural ecological efficiency of Zhangjiajie City,Xiangxi Prefecture,Xiangtan City and Changsha City is comparable in general from 2007 to 2017.The agricultural ecological efficiency of Yongzhou City,Chenzhou City,Yiyang City and Yueyang City is relatively low.Secondly,this paper analyses the evolution characteristics of spatial-temporal differences of agricultural ecological efficiency in Hunan,and tries to explore the influence of the neighborhood of agricultural ecological efficiency in Hunan on its own development by using spatial econometric model in regional economics.It is found that there are obvious differences in the evolution of agricultural ecological efficiency in Hengyang City,Yongzhou City and Chenzhou City in different periods,and they all show a significant downward trend.We need to attach great importance to the existing problems in the process of agricultural development and try our best to maintain a steady and sound development.Thirdly,the factors affecting the level of agricultural ecological efficiency in Hunan were discussed.It was proved that the structure of agricultural industry,the level of urban-rural disparity,the level of urbanization,the situation of agricultural disaster,the level of industrialization and the per capita agricultural GDP significantly affected the level of agricultural ecological efficiency in Hunan.Finally,based on the theory of circular economy,ecological economy,ecological agriculture and other related theories,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the agricultural ecological efficiency and promote the development of ecological agriculture in Hunan,and summarizes the full text and puts forward prospects.
