Combining the characteristics of furnace with doughnut-shaped steel pipe this article gives us the introduction that by using the fuzzy PID technology, simulate technology of computer, communication technology of network and spot bus technology and adopting Siemens S7-300 and Wincc software can realize the automation control of furnace's temperature to reduce energy consumption and cut down combustion of base tube.(1) The article introduces the burning technology with high temperature and structure characteristics of doughnut-shaped furnace. The theory of hazy control which can be used into the temperature control system of doughnut-shaped furnace is also introduced. (2) According to the characteristic of mixture combustion of air and gas, it's said that combustion system adopts the technology of double-cross amplitude limitation and cascade proportional control, also designs the implementations of furnace pressure, wind pressure, gas pressure and regenerative combustion system in the article.(3) According to the situation of furnace on site and the characteristics of combustion system, it designs the fuzzy controller which applied to the PID parameter changing and another fuzzy controller which applied to the combustion ratio of air.(4) The article introduces software programming and main program structure of upper-end and lower-end computer system.(5) The mathematics model of doughnut-shaped furnace is established and the imitative software like MATLAB is also used to do imitation calculation.(6) Compared with the actual resultof using gas generator as combustion supply, the doughnut-shaped furnace can reduce the energy consumption, cut down combustion of base tube, reduce the time of temperature increasing and decreasing and reduce pollution to a large extend by using industrial gas and adopting the regenerative combustion system and fuzzy PID technology.
