Research And Realization Of Automatic Technology For Zongzi Binding

With the changing of consumption forms and the continous rising of consumption amount for Zongzi, the Zongzi industry has gained rapid development in recent years. But due to Zongzi production highly depend on manual package and binding as well as the seasonal characteristic of Zongzi consumption, when manufacturers enhance the production capacity by reserving enough skilled woker capacity in order to meet the market demond in busy season, they also have to face the cost of production capcity surplus in off-season. This outstanding contradiction seriously obstructs the sound development development of Zongzi industry.Binding is one of key procedures of the Zongzi production, which directly impacts the quality and productivity of Zongzi. And repetitive binding operation is harmful for worker's finger. Therefore, the research and realization of automatic technology of Zongzi binding not only can eliminate the labor injury, but also has importance significance for developing Zongz industry.Great efforts were devoted to develop a new automatic binding technique and machine in this paper, the following are main for the research work:1. The development situation and existing problem of Zongzi industruy are analyzed, and the important significance of research and design on automatic binding technology is discussed.2. The physical characteristics of Zongzi and binding material as well as the procedure of manual binding are deeply analyzed. An innovative automatic binding craft is put forward, which based on manual binding and scheme comparison. 3.Based on the new aumatic binding craft, the conceptual design of of automatic binding machine are designed, which include actuating mechanisms design, transmission system design, work principle and circle design etc. Kinematic analysis of key actuating mechanism was done by using general method and then the drive cam is designed.4. Virtual Prototyping Technology is used in design of automatic binding machine. Based on the CAD technology of 3D freature modeling and virtual assembly etc, 3D design and digital prototype of Zongzi automatic binding machine were carried out with UG .The investigation of assembly and smulation of move have also been complete. By simulation the structure design and preliminary technical proposal for automatic binding machine is proved to be considerable.
