This paper is mainly about the synthesis and characterization of a new type of Fe-based metal compound oxides.According to the Electro Magnetic Pulse(EMP)shielding theory and compound defect theory,we raise a method to synthesize EMP absorption material by increase conductivity of magnetism materials.In the actually works,we synthesize a conductive spinel type Ni_xFe_yO_z Fe-based metal compound oxides via mid-low temperature solid-phase synthesis method.This new compound oxide has a certain ability of EMP absorption.Moreover we use Co instead of Ni to synthesize conductive spinel type Co_xFe_yO_z Fe-based metal compound oxides.In this paper,we use TG-DSC analysis for the precursor in order to find out the best condition of reaction.Moreover,we characterize the products by many means such as XRD,FT-IR,UV-DRS,NIR-DRS,TG-DSC.We also analyze conductivity, magnetism,density and EMP absorption of products.All the results show these products have good EMP absorption quality,and it has a wide foreground in application.
