In this paper, we aim at finding a cheap material as the DSA(Dimnesionally Stabel Anodes) anodic coating material. Ce, La oxide coatings are expected to instead of RuO2,IrO2 and other noble-metal oxide coatings. Ti/TiO2-RuO2, Ti/CeO2, Ti / LaOCl electrodes are used treating Changqing Oilfield against the removal of oily wastewater and coking wastewater. The result is that:(1) Using Ti/CeO2, Ti/LaOCl and Ti/TiO2-RuO2 anodes electrolytic flotating oilfield wastewater experiment. The experimental results show that Ti/CeO2, Ti/LaOCl two oxide modified electrodes i can be achieved in the flotation process .Oil removal rates is the 30 to 50%. That we can use CeO2 and LaOCl as modified anode oxide coating materials, but their performance are further improved.(2) The experimental results show that the appropriate electrolytic flotation conditions are: current density of 20mA/cm2,electrolysis time 20min ,electrolysis temperature is 30℃.electrolyte concentration 30mg/L.(3) Using Ti/CeO2, Ti/LaOCl and Ti/TiO2-RuO2 anodes treating coking wastewater after A/O treatment. Ti/TiO2-RuO2 and Ti/CeO2 can make COD from 400 mg/L to 100mg/L, and meet the national emission standard.(4) GC/MS analysis the organic substances concentration of coking wastewater, and the organic substances are decreased after treatment. Ti/TiO2-RuO2 anodic application on coking wastewater and the water can meet the national emission standard. The key thing is seeking for cheap,high catalytisis,high conductivity electrode materials.
