As a kind of efficient,fast,simple and harmless disinfector,Electrolyzed Oxidizing Water(EOW)has been applied in many ways of the life,agriculture, medical treatment,hygiene etc.However,in the current research,the approach to produce the water with acidity is too simple and the mechanism to kill the bacteria is not clear.The purpose of the thesis focused on the factors which influence the water producing and disinfecting process.This thesis studies the condition of the electric potential water dynamic state making,analyzes the electrolyte concentration,voltage,the electrolysis time.The result shows that,the electrolyte concentration has linear correlation with available chlorine concentration(ACC)and Oxidation-Reduction Potential(ORP),and has logarithm relation with pH.The voltage has index correlation with ACC,and has logarithm correlation with ORP,and has linear correlation with pH.The electrolysis time has linear correlation with ACC and ORP,and has logarithm relation with pH.By the analysis on a great deal of data,a mathematical model was built up to explain the relationship between the available chlorine concentration value and electrolyte density,electric voltage,the electrolysis time.ACC:2.756e0.1886UCt—37.51 te-0.2214U—36.3948Ce-0.5065U+87.22e-0.06028U, R2=0.9944(1)pH=2.840×10-2UlntlnC—0.1255lnClnt—4.126×10-2Ulnt—0.1215×10-2U—1.049×10-3UlnC—5.371×10-2lnt—0.4534lnC+4.566, R2=0.9845(2)ORP=1.101CtlnU—10.55tlnU—2.711tC—12.63ClnU+31.43C+28.92t +156.51nU+798.6, R2=0.9794(3)In the experiment that use the oxidizing water to kill Golden Yellow StapHylococcus and spore of Bacillus subtilis var.niger,we found that when ACC= 57mg·L-1and ACC=160mg·L-1the disinfection ratio comes to 100%for Golden Yellow StapHylococcus and spore of Bacillus subtilis var.niger which are without organic compound.The organic compound has great effect ion on sterilization:The EOW containing ACC of 94 mg·L-1with a 3 min contaction killed Golden Yellow StapHylococcus with 1.5%organic compound on bactericide ratio of 98.61%with bactericide logarithm of 1.86;when ACC=94 mg·L-1,with a 3 min contaction,EOW killed spores of Bacillus subtilis var with 1.5%organic compound on bactericide ratio of 25.17%with bactericide logarithm of 0.13.When there is no organic compound, the ratio of bactericiding could be 100%.pH and ORP has effect on bactericide.The EOW of ACC=90mg·L-1,pH=9.90,ORP=657mV,can kill the Golden Yellow StapHylococcus in 5 min with bactericide ratio of 99.03%,and the EOW of pH=8.00, ORP=820mV,have only 96.77%of bactericide ratio and 1.52 of bactericide logarithm with the spore of Bacillus subtilis var.niger in 40 min.When there is no organic compound,the ratio of bactericiding could be 100%.yThe EOW has a similar bactericide effect with the NaClO solution whose ACC value is 3~6 times of EOW.By the bactericide experiment,we can know that ACC,ORP and ph value play an important role in the bactericiding process.The molecular of oxygen may also have a certain function.
