Polyurethane is a new kind of a unique performance and use of various polymers, has more than 50 years of development history. It diisocyanate and polyols as the basic raw material increases from Poly, it can be produced using polyurethane foam, rubber, coatings, adhesives, synthetic fibers, synthetic leather, waterproof grouting materials such as a range of products village. Because of this unique polymer processing performance, they were widely used in industry and daily life, and almost all departments to infiltrate into the national economy. However, solvent-free high temperature environment of weathering aliphatic polyurethane is in short supply.The purpose of this paper is from the actual needs of synthesis and application of a solvent-based aliphatic polyurethane, discuss many factors affect performance, and in accordance with bonding theory, acrosslinked polyurethane, with a view to obtaining a better performance solvent-free - aliphatic polyurethane prepolymer products.In this paper, using HDI, polyether diol, triethylamine. Ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol as main raw materials, through the process of exploration, technology and determine a reasonable formula.Development of non-solvent-based aliphatic polyurethane to reduce organic solvents impacts on the environment, with a view to environmental protection without solvent-based aliphatic polyurethane research, development and production to provide certain theoretical guidance. other research tools for different polyurethane prepolymer Performance Characterization study conducted on its structure and properties between the relations.
