| Electrochromic material is a kind of newly-functional material which can change people's life style and the way of utilizing energy sources.Affected by the electric field,electrochromic material undergoes color reversible change upon oxidation or reduction,therefore it can be widely applied to large flat display devices,photoelectric switches,electrochromic storages and its smart windows.In appearance,irreversible change occurred at the transmission properties,reflection properties and the color of materials.Owing to its plentiful colors,better optical performance,fast color change, low cost,good cycling reversibility,electrochromic material has become a dominant direction in the electrochromic research in recent years.And Polyaniline and derivatives have become an important aspect in the research of organic electrochromic material,for they are low-priced,easily to get and synthesize,capable of beating high temprature and resisting oxidation,also they have good environmental stability.Adopting PSSA as template doping agent,PVA as film-forming agent,using APS to initiate and synthesize complexes of PANI/PSSA-PVA and P(AN-oPD)/PSSA-PVA and either's aqueous solutions,characterize the structures of the complexes and solutions,spin-coating on the ITO/Glass, and then the corresponding complex EC films and EC devices are prepared.This paper probes into the best condition in which the two complexes are prepared and tests the complex EC films' electrochemistry,open circuit memory time and optical transmittance with cyclic voltammetry, UV-vis spectrometer and SEM.Experiment shows that the prepared complexes of conductive PANI and P(AN-oPD)/PSSA-PVA have fine resolvability and conductivity;the prepared complex EC films are smooth-faced,electrolyte-corrosion resistible,and its attachment capacity to fundus is greatly improved;the grounding of assembled EC devices are approximaetly colorless,but in lower voltage they show blue and brown;and their electrochromic and optical performance are excellent. |
