The antibacterial activity of metal ions and the photocatalytic decontamination role of dioxide titanium have been extensively researched and applied.At present,domestic and international scientists are mainly researching single mechanism and application of antibacterial materials and self-cleaning materials,and application scope and effect are restricted.The activity of antibacterial and self-cleaning of Ag+ and Cu2+ cooperated with TiO2 was studied in the paper.The antibacterial and self-cleaning powder and coating were prepared,which antibacterial property and self-cleaning characteristic was excellent. So that traditional antibacterial materials can be widely used,and effect of which was improved.The antibacterial activity of Ag+ and Cu2+ was studied.The ratio Ag+ and Cu2+ and the influence of Ag+ and Cu2+ content on antibacterial activity were determined by experiment.Calcium phosphate was prepared,which had many holes.Photographs of SEM indicated:particles were rods,the length of rod was 100nm and width was 10~15nm.The load technology of Ag+ and Cu2+ were studied,and antibacterial powder was prepared which included silver ions and copper ions.The antibacterial experiment showed the antibacterial activity of this powder was excellent.The preparation and modification of nano-TiO2 were researched;its activities of antibacterial and photodegradation were also studied.Nano-TiO2 was prepared with sol-gel processing by using tetrabutyl titanate as van substance.The photodegradation properties of nano-TiO2 were improved by doping level and mixed crystal domino offect. The influence of Ce4+ concentration,pH value,heat treatment temperature and holding time on transformation of crystal,size of particles,anatase content and photocatalytic activity were investigated.The research indicated photodegradation property of Ce4+ doped nano-TiO2 was clearly improved.The photodegradation property of nano-TiO2 with mixed crystal was also excellent.The antibacterial and self-cleaning powder was prepared,which included Ag+,Cu2+ and nano-TiO2.SEM was employed to characterize the samples;the result indicated nano-TiO2 particles were assembled into the holes between the particles of calcium phosphate.The antibacterial experiment and photodegrade methylene blue solution experiment showed antibacterial and photodegration property of the antibacterial and self-cleaning powders were better than Ag+,Cu2+ and nano-TiO2.The powder can almost kill all colonies of Escherichia coli 8099 and Staphytoroccua aureus ATCC6538 in 24 hour.The degradation ratio of methylene blue solution can reach 95.1%in one hour.The antibacterial and self-cleaning powder was added into coating,the antibacterial and self-cleaning property of coating was clearly improved.
