Three phenols compounds(PCP,TeCP,OPP) and phenol mercury acetate (PMA ) have been studied by high performance liquid chromography(HPLC) in the thesis.The effect of operating condition of HPLC such as column,wave length of detector are investigated and acguired optimum operating condition,the ranges of linearity,corrections of linearity is very satisfying.We also determine the preservatives in products.We can determine the preservatives in the product by this method.As preservatives are widely used in many field of industry, they have profound effect on human living.Many countries including China have come to pay great attention to them and make up the codes for limiting the content in some products such as coating and wood. The thesis discuss the determination of preservatives in coating and wood,and analyzes the preservatives in sediment of jiaozhou bay,entrance of laoshan reservoir,exit of laoshan reservoir,leather factory. The research results are as follows:1. We first establish the method of PMA by HPLC after choosing the appropriate column,detector length and so on, we also validate the truness and precison and different laboratories,we also put this method into determining the PMA in coating.The results shows that the average recoveries of PMA are from 97.3% to 103.1%,and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) are less than 4.51%(n=7).So we conclude that this method is accurate and credible.2. We first establish the method of determining PCP, TeCP, OPP by HPLC after choosing the appropriate flowing rate and so on,we also validate the truness and precision and different laboratories, we also put this method into determining the PCP, TeCP, OPP in coating.The results shows that the average recoveries of PCP, TeCP, OPP are from 96.6% to 103.6%, and the relative standard deviations(RSDs) are less than 4.27%(n=7).So we conclude that this method is accurate and credible.3. We first establish the method of determining PCP, TeCP, OPP in after choosing the appropriate extraction mode and solvent. we also validate the truness and precision and different laboratories,we also put this method into determining the PCP, TeCP, OPP in wood. The results shows that the average recoveries of PCP,TeCP,OPP are from 94.2% to 105.7%, and the relative standard deviations(RSDs) are less than 5.06 %(n=7).So we conclude that this method is accurate and credible.4. We also establish the method of determining the sediment in jiaozhou bay, laoshan reservoir, leather factory. The results shows that the average recoveries of PCP, TeCP, OPP are from 96.35% to 103.6%, and the relative standard deviations(RSDs) are less than 8.36%(n=7).The sediment of leather factory are badly polluted ,and the highest concentration of PCP is 11.7 mg/L .So we conclude that this method is accurate and credible.
