The paper summarized mine airflow temperature forecast theories in home and abroad, and analyzed the main heat source in mine which influenced the airflow temperature. According to large amount of statistical data, elicited the airflow temperature forecast experience formula of shaft through linear regression analysis; According to diathermanous mechanism of surrounding rock, calculated the unstable heat transfer coefficient of surrounding rock and airflow, and according to heat exchange differential equation in rock, elicited the dimensionless unstable heat transfer coefficient. On the basis of energy conservation principle, established airflow energy equation in mine, thereby educed airflow temperature forecast formula in roadway and working face; Taking the heading face for example, educed the temperature forecast method through establishing heat balance equation.In this paper, it took the third project in Shangzhuang area of Canzhuang gold mine as research subject, analyzed the main heat source of the third project, and put forward some material cooling measures and methods. According to the actual conditions of time-interval mining in the third project, devised time-interval integrative cooling technology in deep mining in Shangzhuang gold mine: two-rank fans ventilation system to cool holistically and pressure air to cooling partially at early stage of the third project; multi-rank fans ventilation system to cool holistically, pressure air to cool partially and ice-cooling system to cool in working face at last stage of the third project.During the progress of research integrated cooling technical scheme, Calculated mine air requirement and total resistance of two-rank fans ventilation system, and distributed air amount reasonably and chose the type of fans; According to thermodynamics theory, deduced the calculation method of pressure air decalescence by swelling, and analyzed the cooling effect and cooling cost, validated the feasibility and energy saving of cooling by pressure air; Aim at ice-cooling technology, put forward calculation formula of cold requirement in working face and cold loss of secondary refrigerant in pipeline, educed calculation method of mine cold requirement, and according to energy balance principle of heat exchange in thaw ice pool, thereby educed mine ice requirement.It wrote the mine cooling software by Visual Basic 6.0 programming languages on the basis of above theories, and applied to the research and application of cooling technical scheme of the third project in Canzhuang gold mine.
