In the paper, synthesis, classification and application of the present antibiotics which are of huge market potential and faced with good development opportunity were introduced.The synthesis process of N-ethylethylenediamine was designed and investigated. N-ethyl-2,3-dioxypiperazine were analyzed by GC and UV.l)Synthesis and analysis of N-ethylethylenediamineN-ethylethylenediamine was prepared by ethylenediamine and bromoethane as raw material through nucleophilic substitution reaction. The factors such as the ratio of raw material, reaction temperature, the time of reaction and the time of dropping bromoethane was studied. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained according to the orthogonal experimental design. The yield of N-ethylethylenediamine reached 64.56%. Considering all factors, improved old process, building up new process.The yield of N-ethylethylenediamine reached 71.40% under new process.The GC method to analyze N-ethylethylenediamine was built up. N-ethylethylenediamine was analyzed by IR Spectrum , boiling point, GC and UV-Spectrophotometric in order to assure its structure. Its purity reached 98.33 %.2) Synthesis and analysis of N-ethyl-2,3-dioxypiperazineN-ethyl-2,3-dioxypiperazine was prepared by N-ethylethylenediamine and diethyl oxalate as material through nucleophilic substitution reaction and condensation reation. On the investigating the effects of solvent, amount of solvent , the ratio of raw material, reaction temperature , reaction time and dropped time of diethyl oxalate on the yield, the optimum reaction conditions were obtained by using orthogonal experimental design. The yield of N-ethyl-2,3-dioxy-piperazine reached 81.52%. Considering all factors, improved old process, building up new process.The yield of N-ethyl-2,3-dioxypiperazine reached 82.36% under new process .Building up UV-Spectrophotometric method of N-ethyl-2,3-dioxypiperazine by many exploration.N-ethyl-2,3-dioxypiperazine was analyzed by IR Spectrum , melting point, UV-Spectrophotometric to assure its structure. Its purity reached 98.96% .
