Our country energy system gives first place to coal. There are some reasons in coal combustion such as low efficiency and high pollution. So clean coal technology is very important. At present, Poly-generation energy system based on coal gasification is widely regarded as an available and main researched clean coal technology all over the world. Exhausted gases combustion (temperature and concentration field) mainly is researched in poly-generation system based on syngas made with gasification gas and pyrolysis gas in the paper. We attempt to find the law of it in order to provide guidance for design of high efficiency and low pollution gas turbine.This paper discusses gas diffusion flame structure and height and burning chamber temperature field, even investigates measuring point arrangement and sampling rationality of flue gas analysis and gas diffusion combustion stability. Influencing factor of flame velocity and theoretical combustion temperature are discussed in order to guide experimental system and programme ,As to exhaust gas, its component changes with chemical product as well as process. But yet its component include six gases as a whole, such as CO,H2, CO2, CH4, N2 ,Ar, highest H2 content, moderate CH4 content, lower CO and CO2 content. The property of exhaust gas be dependent on its component Physicochemical properties of it is discussed at comprehensive findings all over the world.We drew out experimental plan and found the perfect combustion system through calculation on the basis of fuel's burning theoretical knowledge and the exhaust gas combustion characteristic which we are investigating. The whole experimental system includes burning chamber system, fuel gas system, air system, measurement system,. This design tries to make the whole experimental system flexible and useful, it divides the burning system into 5 parts , every fragment 200mm height, 200mm diameter, this kind of design :First, it can change the length of the burning chamber and different fuel' original parameter, second ,transportation is convenient.This experiment researches the exhausted gas combustion and analyzes temperature distribution and smoke components after combustion of exhausted gases along different altitude and radial direction at different excess air coefficient. The experimental resultsindicate that: different excess air coefficient affects temperature direction and production severely, reasonable excess air coefficient can increase burning chamber's temperature and enhance the efficiency of fuel. Because there are many factors that impact combustion temperature and production, we should do more researches on exhausted gas burning characteristic.
