Research On Sludge Water Disposal In Waterworks In Wuhan

Water Supply Company supplying drinking water, at the same time, there are a lot of wastewater.The wastewater come from the sludge sedimentation tanks or clarifiers, and backwashing filters.If waste water not treated directly into these waters, not only seriously polluted water bodies, and a huge waste of water.In the current serious shortage of water resources, water pollution aggravating circumstances, Treatment of sludge water in water plant and disposal of its sludge are increasingly being remeaning people to pay attention to these.In order to coordinate and exert the social and environmental benefits of water supply, according to WuHan Environmental Rrotection Bureau, Wuhan Water Supply Company will treat the sludge water in water plant in 2010 around. In order to provide experience and design basis on treatment of sludge water in water plant in the future, Huazhong University of Science and Technology joint Wuhan Water Supply Company do jar test and middle test on sludge Bai He Zui Plant. Test mainly study how to improve the effect of pretreatment of sludge water and the best operating parameters of inclined plane thickener,using othogonal method and charts,come to some following conclusions:(1) Stir sludge water fast (no less than 300r/min) with polyacrylamide can enhance sludge pretreatment results when GT value between 8000 to 18000;(2) Space between the inclined boards exert great influence on the thickening capability of the concentration tank, but inclined boards with the space of 5cm to 8.6cm has little effect on the concentration of inclined plane thickener the best space between the inclined boards is 5.5cm to 8cm;(3)When the sludge water directly go into inclined plane thickener get poor results,wen can improve it with PAM,When adding PAM into water, the effect of the water is still not satisfied.we can open the rapid mixing device;(4) Adding PAM can be added to improve inclined plane thickener capacity; PAM+ rapid mixing can further improve its ability;(5) After rapid mixing sludge water with PAM, flocculation body is thick , has good concentration properties.
