In china water resource is very deficient, water resources per Capita is lessone quarter than that of world's mean level. In recent years, because of thedevelopment of the economy and raise of population, water resource wasdestroyed in different extents. Water quantity pinch and artificial destroy makeour water supply situation grim day by day. With the strengthen of theenvironmental conscious, our country makes a succession of laws and regulationsabout water resource protection, it emphasized to the sustainable developmentroad. In Water Works Engineering ,wastewater treatment facilities and disposalfacilities are carried weight day by day. In recent, wastewater treatment facilitiesare being studied and constructed in many cities, so we can obtain zero discharge,and protect the water resource. At the same time, there is no relative designstandard in our country recently. Many projects use foreign facilities directly, butthe result vary differently.The study is based on "The project of Zhengzhou wastewater treatmentfacilities", it is followed by four stages, so we can find a practical and feasibledisposal treatment facilities and system design method.On-site investigation, technology interchange and network search are used tocollect the current situation of domestic and abroad wastewater treatment facilitiesand disposal facilities at the sludge regulating stage. In the paper, basal data aboutShiyuan WTP, Zhengzhou was collected and regulating structures shape andrelevant design parameter was confirmed. Proportion method and linearregression analysis are put to use, and maximum dry sludge calculation formulawas confirmed.On-site simulate test was adopted to do the sludge natural settling test at thesludge concentration stage, so we can try to find the sludge settleing velocity(detention time), sludge concentration at pressure point and solid flux regularpattern. So we can find the settleing concentrate property of Shiyuan source water,and confirm the form of concentration pond and relevant design parameter.We compared many sludge dewatering machines at sludge disposal stage.We confirmed the sludge disposal process, we also analysis the developmenttendency of sludge treatment.In the paper, we even discussed the automation control of sludge disposal,which made the study of WTP sludge disposal process much wider.
