In recent years, the nanomaterial which is advanced has been becoming one of the most popular research fields. Olios is the signboard product of Nanjing Lvliuju food company, extending it's self life is starve for solving; bread is favered by many people in the world, because of it's floppy, tasty, high nutrition; but it's. storage life is Very short, we need a method to solve it. The output of strawberry has taken on a swift and violent rise in our country. Although there are many experiment about the storage of strawberry, but the fresh-keeping and storage of strawberry has not been well solved. The paper discussed the effect of nano-packing on olios, bread and strawberry. The main research results are as follows:1. Nano-packing can significantly improve the quality of strawberry than normal packing. This paper discussed the effect of a nano-packing on preservation quality of strawberry during chilled storage, the package are three nano-packing (namo-packingl, namo-packing 2)and one plastic packing (the control group). The sense detection, physical and chemical index such as rigidity, decayed rate, the content of Vc and acid were analyzed. The results show the nano-packing had significant effect, The nano-packing 2 can effectively improve the preservation quality of strawberry, the namo-packing 2 was the best.2. Nano-packing can significantly extend the storage life of bread than normal packing, this exPeriment about bread with three different packaging during room temperature storage, the packaging are two nano-packaging and one plastic packaging. The sense detection and physical chemical index and microbe index were analyzed. The results Show: The nano-packaging had significant effect, the nano-packaging 2 was the best, the storage life at room temperaturewas 6-7 days, while the self life of compared group at room temperature was 3-4 days, it's proven that nano-packing can extend the storage life of bread.3. Nano-packing made of nano particles, plastic, wax and polyethylene would significantly extend the self life of olios than normal packing, this experiment about olios with three different package during room temperature storage, the package are two nano-packaging and one plastic packaging. The results show: The nano-packaging had significantly effect than regular-packing, the nano-packaging 1 was the best, the self lifeat room temperate was 6-7 days, while the self life of compared group at room temperature was 2-3 days.
