Ceramic Thermal Barrier and Corrosion-resistant Coating has been widely used in petrochemical, power, metallurgy and etc. Heat insulation is the basic property for Ceramic Thermal Barrier and Corrosion-resistant Coating .However, at the condition of guaranteeing the heat insulation effect, it is expected to have a longer life. This thesis takes Ceramic Thermal Barrier and Corrosion-resistant Coating as an example, besides making the coating meet the thermal insulation need, thermal stress reaches to the minimum. It has some practical significance. The main research contents are as follows:Firstly, this thesis sets up the mathematical models of temperature field and thermal stress field in stable working condition, according to the special structure model and the heat transferring characteristics of Ceramic Thermal Barrier and Corrosion-resistant Coating, and analyzes the factors that affect thermal insulation effect and thermal stress. Then, use finite element simulation software ANSYS to simulate temperature field and thermal field of this coating in the same condition. By comparing analytical solutions with finite element solutions, we know that the change tendencies of temperature and thermal stress are in line. It provides a basis for coating optimal design program.Secondly, starting from the basic conceptions of optimization design, it introduces the specific conceptions of ANSYS optimization design, discusses optimization design model and method of Ceramic Thermal Insulation and Corrosion-resistant Coating. By analyzing the temperature field and stress field of this coating, confirms thermal insulation performance and allowable strength as state variables, the coating thickness and ceramic reinforcement percentage of the middle layer as design variables, minimum thermal stress within the coating as target variable, completes the optimization design of Ceramic Thermal Barrier and Corrosion-resistant Coating based on finite element Parametric Design Language (ANSYS Parametric Design Language, short for APDL).Thirdly, according to the engineering application characteristics of Ceramic Thermal Barrier and Corrosion-resistant Coating, completes the coating optimization research in different boundary conditions ,uses origin7.0 nonlinear least square fitting tool to fit the curves between the best design variables and boundary condition ,obtains the mathematical models between the best design variables and boundary conditions. Finally, optimization effect is verified by experiment, by making use of the basic theory between thermal stress and fatigue life, use linear regression algorithm combining into thermal cycle tests to establish life prediction model of Ceramic Thermal Barrier and Corrosion-resistant Coating in heating/cooling cycle condition.
