ZW-100A Ceramic Insulation and Corrosion-resistant Coating has been widely used in petrochemical, power, metallurgy and etc. However, at the condition of guaranteeing the heat insulation effect, in order to know the life of different parameters and change process parameters according to requirements of customers, the research on life prediction has important practical significance. Therefore, that thesis did research on life of Ceramic Insulation and Corrosion-resistant Coating. The main research contents are as follows:Firstly, that thesis set up the math model of thermal field and did numerical simulation by finite element analysis in terms of the special physical model and heat transferring characteristic of this coating. Then stress analytical solutions of every checking point was caculated according to the plate theory in the same thermal field, and compared with finite element solutions, the same trend was achieved.Secondly, according to the location specialty of coating, checking points were slected. Through comparison of stress and strain of these points by ANSYS, the theoretic position of invalidation was analyzed is at the interface or nearby between the coating and the substrate. Three failue factors of coating were studied including the thickness of the coating, the curvature of the most dangerous point and the viscoelastic characteristic.At last, two kinds of life predition model were set up.(1) When the coating was at the condition of cooling fast and heating quickly, stress method was used to predict the life, and got experimental data about thermal cycle life and temperature difference. Then, linear regression analysis was applied to calculate parameters of the life prediction model.(2) When the coating was at the condition of regular circle of cooling and heating, the quality changing method was used, and experimental data about actual life circles and the oxide thickness was achieved in thermal oxidation experiments. Finally, the linear fitting tool of Origin was applied to get parameters of the life predition model.That thesis got two kinds of life prediction model in order to meet different demands and provided a dependable evidence for changing life by adjusting the ratio of components and modifying process parameters.
