Ball-joint riveting machine is the special device which manufactures ball-joint Products of automobile. Products always have low quality and high waster because of the riveting machine's low control precision and simplex control method. Roll-riveting technique was proposed based on analyzing the technology of riveting and products's fabricating characteristic. Torque's measuring and feedback control in realtime were proposed and applyed on demands of the products,established the ball-joint mathematics model,proposed the dynamic measuring method and designed configuration. Electro-hydraulic servo control system and PID arithmetic were proposed,which met the request of fast response,non-overshoot and high control precision. On the demand of device's stability and reliability,actualized the series control,PC monitors and controls the whole system,while S7-200 series PLC executes dispersive control. Device working principle was proposed on the bsae of researching the producing technology and characteristic,the whole device was compartmentalized into hydraulic,mechanism,electrical to design. A new Rolling riveter in ball-joint products manufacturing was produced which comprise hydraulic,advanced manufacture,measure and control,computer network techniques. At last,lots of experiment result testified the theory analysis and blue print, suggest of improvement was bringed forward,intented to optimize device's performance.On the base of researching the technology of riveting,control mode and control arithmetic, Electro-hydraulic syetem of high technology and high capability was manufactured,its aim was to increase efficiency and enhance the power of competitive.
