Therefore, overcoming the bad of productive labor environment, produce inefficient, material utilization ratio waits for the shortcoming , in this thesis the new rolling to shelve the ring document , circular disc document carrying out the end molding flange plate kind circle on machine in bipyramid roller in advance molding handicraft low.In this thesis, making use of UG to build 3 D models about the twin cone roll axial mill and mould ,suppositional assembling of 3 D and motion simulating. Getting the flange and the gear wheel base and mould, Through assembling and motion , can discover unreasonable design in design for die and mould in time, and come being able to have the interference that component and part thins out when the effect checks out assembling question , can change in time , design out the especially consummate mould thereby. The model also has provided a basis to finite element method simulation analysis at the same time.Base on studying the flange and the gear blank , and finite element plasticity basic theory , built the flange and the gear blank finite element model, base on the finite element method analysis, owing to that finite element method of simulated software, the pressure forming process applying the hard three-dimensional plasticity finite element method algorithm rolling to the flange and the gear blank has carried out the simulation analysis.Analysed the flow of metal during flange and gear blank molding process use of finite element method,expounded roll pressure forming characteristic,discussed parameter effect and effect law to metal deformation process that are blank's form and dimension,cone roller feed speed,friction coefficients and blank's material function , revealed out deformation mechanism, analysed it's handicraft function, and On basis of this,pointed out metal flow state and the law of equivalent plastic stress-strain distribution in deformation, Indicated indicates out flange and gear blank molding process and equivalent strain-strain distribution curve, revealed out metal deformation law during roll pressure forming . Through the technical parameters of rolling on the biconical roll study, suggested determined method of process parameters to high-quality rough gear flange and gear blank...
