Paper is the necessaries in people's production and life. Paper is produced with pulp and straw pulp, and it will need many tree and forest. In the procession, it will discharge a lot of waste liquid snd pollute environment. With social economic development fast, it is earnestly longing for seeking new paper making materials that with low price and no pollution to our environment to improve the paper product function instead of a proportion of plant fibre.After a systemic research on the characteristic and properties of the fibre brucite and the wollastonite, fibre brucite dispersing and the wollastonite modification were carried out pertinency, the mineral fibres were compounded with plant fibres to make a new kind of paper, the performance and properties of the compounded papers were detected.Through the experiment of fibre brucite, we got the best craft conditions to realize the good dispersing of fibre brucite. Prefer OT as the dispersant. Confecting 1% fibre brucite slurry, putting OT to the slurry according to the mass rate 1:0.10, marinating 20h, whisking 40min with high speed disperse instrument are the best craft conditions. Lay the slurry for a moment without any shaking, concentrating and drying to get the dispersing and purification fibre brucite.Before the complex of and plant fibre, CPAM is chosen to modify wollastonite. It reduced the Zeta Potential of wollastonite, meanwhile increased the intensity of paper.The the complex paper making of mineral and plant fibre experiment make us get some results: The adding of calcium carbonate and talcum filler reduce the intensity obviously, and the retention resuced too. The adding of wollastonite without any modification also reduces the intensity of paper, and the retention is low. The complex of modifyed and plant fibre strongly improve paper retention resuced, the intensity of the paper are also better than the filler one's, 40% wollastonite can be added to the paper. The adding of fibre brucite comparing to the calcium carbonate and talcum filler, it have the higher folding ability and tearing Strength and the retention resuced; if the content of fibre brucite under 30%, the folding ability of the paper adding fibre brucite is better than the wollastonite, and it has higher retention resuced. So choose the content of 30% to add fibre brucite. The adding of fibre brucite and modifyed wollastonite expresses high index except elongation. The complex of fibre brucite and sepiolite expresses high index except folding ability, especially the retention resuced. The paper adding 80% content of fibre brucite and sepiolite has lower Loss-on-ignition, so it can be used to produce heat resistant paper.From SEM of paper, the mineral fibre and plant fibre form network, and they interlace well each other, improve paper intensitity and retention resuced.By the research on paper capability of fibre conplex, we get that different interface have different interface mechanism. Static repulsion and H-bonding have effect on conplex between wollastonite and plant fibre. The interweaving strength have effect on complex between brucite and plant fibre or FB/ sepiolite and plant fibre.According to good preformence of mineral fibre in complex papermaking, it can partly replace plant fibre. It will be broad used.
