The water resources shortage has already become the important factor of restricting national economy and social development. the paper making industry pollutes water seriously, needs to strengthen processing and circle use, the economy uses the water. My company owns more than ten paper machines and produces various upscale special kinds of papers. Because the special kinds of papers have opposite complications of crafts, producing them has great capacity with the water and has to have higher request with the water. Especially the many species chemistry helps are used and the dosage is big, It makes the processing of the waste water certainly difficultly. Under the outstanding new situation of the water resources supply and demand antinomy, We must make scientific use of the water resources , strengthen the waste water back to use after processing, raise circulating utilization of the water.The company already had a set of comprehensive waste water processing establishment. For the sake of further economizing water and reducing the waste water to exhaust, It is necessary to carry on the depth processing to the waste water. Passing to go deep in to the produce spot, and on the trail of the producing process, I analyzed the influence factor that circularly use the waste water after the liquid processed went to the paper making and the paper quantity. The theories and practices combined together. I aimed at the actual circumstance of company and drawed up five perfect processes to deal with the comprehensive paper waste water. I designed a great deal of drawing and choosed the type and the equipments of the rationalizations, on the one hand having demonstrated the accuracy of the processes, on the other hand having strengthenned the adaptability of the processes. According to comprehensively comparing the function of five investments , I choosed the one with mature credibility technique and economy.At the situation of cleanly production, the way , usage KROFTA + the physics filter( inclined screen )+ the shallow layer gas float+ the pond bio-chemical processing+ middle-speed filter+ the normal decontamination + the chlorine disinfects + the active carbon filter ( each workshop), is the best one, including technique, management and economy.IN the research of this thesis for the waste processing, I not only collected the theories knowledge but also gave the economic way to deal with the waste water in point for the company. It was more important that the research of this thesis offered technique to design and rebuild for comprehensive waste water processing from now on.
