Vinylsilane coupling agents include vinyltrichlorosilane, vinyltriethoxysilane. and vinyltrimethoxysilane. It is a kind of silane that is used very much and broad. It can be used as fiberglass surface disposing reagent, abio-padding filling plastic, encapsulant, felting reagent's and dope's adding mucosity reagent, difficult felting material's felting accelerating reagent cross-polyethylene's cross-linking agent and so on. It is a very important meaning work that study the synthesis method of vinylsilane coupling agents. For overcoming the shortcoming of the existing methods, this paper studied the non-chlorine synthesis path of vinyltriethoxysilane.and vinyltrimethoxysilane from acetylene by one step. The hydrosilylation catalyst and reaction condition had be embedded studied.The zeolite series (including 3A,4A,5A,13X zeolite), active carbon, silica gel, diatomite and quartz sand were used as support matter. The ViVi, PEG, P(Ph)3 were used as assistant matter. These catalysts can be synthesized by the two kinds of substances. These catalysts would be used to synthesize vinyltriethoxysilane.and vinyltrimethoxysilane in the experiment. The target products were tested and characterized by using GC, GC-MS, IR and 1HNMR spectral Instruments.We find that 4A zeolite supported platinum catalyst, 5A zeolite supported platinum catalyst, silica gel supported platinum and PEG complex catalyst and diatomite supported platinum and Karstedt catalyst are good catalysts for synthesizing vinyltriethoxysilane. The experiment results prove that the yield of product can respectively reach 94.5ï¼…,85.9ï¼…,82.1ï¼…and 75.3ï¼…when 4A zeolite supported platinum catalyst, 5A zeolite supported platinum catalyst, silica gel supported platinum and PEG complex catalyst and diatomite supported platinum and Karstedt catalyst are used in the definite reaction condition. These catalysts can be reused many times without loss in catalytic activity. But the other catalysts lack these effects.4A zeolite supported platinum catalyst, 5A zeolite supported platinum catalyst, active carbon supported platinum catalyst and alumina supported platinum catalyst's catalyzing effect for the hydrosilylation of acetylene and trimethoxysilane had be studied too. The retult showed that 4A zeolite supported platinum catalyst and 5A zeolite supported platinum catalyst are good catalysts. The yield of product can respectively reach 74.6ï¼…and 67.5ï¼…when 4A zeolite supported platinum catalyst and 5A zeolite supported platinum catalyst are used in the definite reaction condition. But the other two catalysts lack these effects.It was studied 3,3,3-trifluoropropyltriethoxysilane was synthesized with ethanol and 3,3,3-trifluoropropyltrichlorosilane by alcohol solution method. The influence of reaction conditions, such as solvent, ratio of material, reaction temperature, the way of dropping, reaction time and nitrogen flow etc., were observed in experiment. The optimum conditions for synthesizing 3,3,3-trifluoropropyltriethoxysilane were established.
