With the Speeding up of urbanized construction advancement and people's living standard enhancement, the municipal solid waste in our country has great changes. Above all, the population of city has increased, and the municipal solid waste has been produced more and more. Secondly, because of living standard's enhancement, organic content is more and more high. The calorific value in municipal solid waste also had a big enhancement. Because composting can simultaneously make municipal solid waste harmless, decrement and resources, as one of municipal solid waste processing methods, composting is more and more valued by people. However, the traditional compost effect is not too good because of including a great deal of lignin and cellulose, so strengthening the transforms of lignin and cellulose to humus becomes the key things of full well-rotted compost. Also it is a reason of a lot of researches in separating and separating microorganisms with high capacity of lignin and cellulose degradation in recent years. The researches indicate that the white-rot fungus is the strongest microorganism in degrading lignin and cellulose. In the past, the applied researches which concentrated in promoting lignin and cellulose's degradation of papermaking waste water and have obtained a better result, but the applied researches in degrading lignin and cellulose in composting are few in the fact.Considering promoting lignin and cellulose's decomposition, thus accelerating organic degeneration in composting. Through adding white-rot fungus's preponderant fungus filtrated to the municipal solid waste composting, the paper investigates that it whether or not can promotes lignin and cellulose's decomposition in the municipal solid waste composting processes, speeds up the well-rotted compost speed, reduces compost well-rotted compost time, and enhances the compost product's fertilizer effectiveness.
