High concentration organic wastewater coming from the process of fish meal treatment becomes one kind of important of land-based sources of marine pollution and has threatened the marine environment gravely.Based on the documents collected we know that at present, there are physical treatments, coagulation-flocculation treatments and biological treatments to degrade the biological and chemical constituents of the fish meal wastewater.But these treatments can not give attention to the cost and the efficiency of degrade.This paper carries out the feasibility study of an application of fish meal wastewater affter dynamic electrolysis,it is a new way technique.this method is exploringly and practicably for the threat of high concentration organic wastewater.The objectives of this study lie in two aspects:one is to establish the mechanism of how the electrolytic treatment to remove the pollutants in fish meal wastewater.The research points out that the mechanism is not an single action but an combined action.This action includes not only the process organic pollutants were degraded directly by electrode but also the process many produced particles such as Cl2,HClO,·OH and the process air bubbles of tiny size generated by both electrode remove pollutants indirectly.The other objectives is to solve the applicable problems to apply electrolytic treatment to the fishing industry.The treatment of fish meal wastewater by dynamic electrolysis is studied at the lab condition.The mechanism of affecting factors in the course of degradation is investigated by monofactorial analysis and the optical experimental range is abtained at fist.And then,the optical operating conditions are determined by orthogonal experiment which are as follows: pH=6,the dosages of electrolyte=0.6g,the voltage of electrolysis=20v,t=40min.Under the optical conditions the COD removal efficiency amounts to 88.4%,the turbidity removal efficiency amounts to 98.8%.After the effectiveness of the treatment was verified, we make sure the type of the electrobath,the mode of running,the material of both electrode and polar distance.in addition,the decompose voltage,the density of current,the electrobath voltage and the rated voltage are confirmed through monofactorial calculate.a prototype of fish meal wastewater treatment unit was designed for practical use in factory, the optical operating conditions are determined by orthogonal experiment which are as follows: pH=6,the dosages of electrolyte=30g,the voltage of electrolysis=8v. Under the optical conditions the COD removal efficiency amounts to 92.6%,the turbidity removal efficiency amounts to 99.1%.The performance of the prototype was tested in the lab.Research shows that the treatment of fish meal wastewater by dynamic electrolysis can give attention to the cost and the efficiency of degrade.It has potential industrial interest. In addition, this treatment is applicable for the waste water include grease,it makes a new way for the treat of high concentration organic wastewater.
