The non flat surface with micro surface texture is very different from flat surface in enhancing wear resistance,reducing resistance,improving hydrophilic and hydrophobic state,mechanical properties and so on.It has broad application prospects in aerospace,biomedical engineering,bionic medical devices,machinery and manufacturing fields.The preparation methods of surface texture include laser machining,EDM,ECM,jet machining and so on.As a new technology,jet ECM has an important application in surface texture.The essence of jet ECM is the compound machining of micro electrolysis and liquid jet,but under the high voltage,spark discharge can be produced,forming jet ECM.The research of electrochemical discharge machining under high speed jet provides a new way.This paper focuses on the new method of processing pulse power supply.According to the design requirements of power supply parameters,two composite technical schemes are proposed.The research shows that the innovative circuit characteristics of rectifier Z-source inverter chopper output scheme can effectively overcome the problem that the traditional inverter scheme can not boost and pass through,reduce the loss caused by two-stage transformation,improve the energy utilization rate and system stability,and provide a new technical route for the development of pulse power supply.On the basis of making the technical scheme of power supply,the rectification and filtering module is studied by Matlab SimPowerSystems.The three-phase half wave rectifier and three-phase bridge rectifier are analyzed,the three-phase bridge full control simulation model is constructed,the load phase-shifting characteristic curve is obtained,and the influence of trigger angle ? on average voltage is demonstrated.Through numerical calculation,the energy provided by input filter capacitor in each cycle is analyzed,and the high-capacity storage circuit is designed.Based on the state space average method,the Z-source inverter controller is studied.The two states of z-network are calculated,and the relationship curve between direct duty ratio D and boost ratio B is analyzed.The boost law of z-network to DC power supply is given quantitatively.Through Laplace transform,the state equation of z-network is deduced mathematically,and the average state equation and steady state equation of the system are obtained.The gain of the transfer function is adjusted,and the series lead correction is designed to improve the amplitude margin and phase margin.After realizing the function of voltage regulation and the isolation of Z-source inverter,the voltage control system is studied.The working characteristics of the waveform conversion circuit are analyzed,and two models of capacitive filter and capacitive filter are constructed and simulated.The relationship between duty cycle and waveform distortion is obtained by analyzing the switching device and frequency.A hybrid modulation method of frequency and width modulation is proposed to control the frequency and duty cycle.An embedded high frequency pulse width modulator(hfpwm)circuit is designed,which can directly control the switch state of buck converter.Based on the successful development of pulsed high voltage power supply,the discharge characteristics and mechanism of pulsed jet electrochemical mask machining were studied.The discharge process of jet flow column was analyzed by high-speed camera,and the electric field simulation model of flow column channel was built based on COMSOL software.The dielectric electric field composed of electrolyte and bubble is deduced mathematically,and the formation mechanism of discharge channel of jet flow column is revealed.The pulse jet electrochemical mask processing technology was studied.The influence of pulse voltage peak value,pulse voltage frequency,pulse voltage duty cycle and machining distance on the micro pit morphology of jet electrochemical mask machining was explored.The machining quality and effect were evaluated by analyzing four indexes,including pit depth,pit width,material removal rate and corrosion coefficient.The processing parameters were optimized by orthogonal experimental design,and the optimal configuration of processing parameters was obtained.
