So, this article from environmental protection function change obtaining, Starting from the change of environmental protection function ,by analyzing environmental protection organization generation, starting, development, function in different phases, status, work mentality and achievement in different historical stage under the economic society development condition, This article demonstrated the relations between the environmental protection organization and economic society development.
