| This topic's purpose is to develop a production method which is for enamel hot rolling sheet which have Re upon 260MPa after enameling.Research technique is: make molten steel with low carbon content smelt to bloom by joining different content of Ti,Nb,Si,Mn,P and so on, prepare sheet sample by rolling, adjust state of precipitate phase with different measures, distinguish structure and precipitate particle with OM and TEM, determining time of infiltrate of hydrogen with special device, explore actual result of diprosopia enamel by actual enameled test. Find relationship between element content, state of precipitate phase and scute burst property, mechanical property by comparison.Scute burst property of steel sheet improve as the increment of Ti content and precipitate amount of second-phase particle. Precipitate particular of Ti (TiC,TiN,TiS) containing three components is stable under low-temperature heating. Precipitate amount of TiN and TiS is stable below 1300℃, do not change with heating temperature. But precipitate amount of TiC make change with different temperature. In the case of full precipitation, heating under 850℃, the situation of TiC break up and Ti dissolve again is impossible. TiC begin break up a bit, solid solution Ti begin increase, when temperature upon 850℃. When temperature surpass 950℃Ti content in steel begin notable. But Ti solid solute fully in steel only the temperature upon 1200℃. The test indicate that precipitate phase dimension of Ti is increase with increment of temperature. The effect of strength is diminish with the increment of precipitate phase dimension..Define component control domain and process control method of hot rolling steel sheet for diprosopia enamel in commercial run, application of actual examination in project indicate that industrial material have perfect data of strength and ductility and cater to quality request of diprosopia enamel completely.
