The actuality,type and constitution of copper oxide ores from baoshan,yunnan,have been introduced.Meanwhile,the type and development of hydrometallurgy based on this ores have been described, too.The lixiviating rate of copper was increased and the environment friendly system was gained through improving the leaching technics;The big copper granule containing little harmful elements was obtained through ameliorating the leaching method;The finer electrolytic copper was acquired through quadrature experiment.Detailed and comprehensive depiction and the advantages and disadvantages analysis about the methods and development of hydrometallurgy have been given out.The importance was placed on the experiment flow,manipulation,leaching technics,heat preservation riming,removing iron ion and adding neutralizing agent,which were the innovation of this thesis.Non-pressurized churning up leaching method was adopted in this experiment.The effect of granularity,slurry concentration,heating temperature,concentration of H2SO4 and the leaching time on copper lixiviating were considered.The better technic conditions were finally determined:the granularity was 120 mush,the slurry mass concertration was 30%,the heating temperature was 80℃,the initialconcentration of H2SO4 was 130g/L,the lecching time was 2 hours.The results were shown that the lixiviating rate was far lower of granularity of 60 mush than that of 120 mush;The slurry concentration of 30%was chosen considering the better facility of washing the scoria and on the other hand, it had no evident elevation when the slurry concentration was higher than 30%was also the consideration;When the temperature was higher than 80℃,the lixiviating rate was changed unconspicuously though it was hightened gradually between 60℃and 90℃.Thus,the temperature of 80℃was adopted also considering the energy problem;The concentration was chosen as 130g/L for it was the highest point of a parabola whose abscissa was between 110g/L and 160g/L;The leaching time was determined as 2 hours for the lixiviating rate had no obvious increasing when the time longer than 2 hours.The elements of iron,lead and arsenic were removed among the technics to attain regular bluestone.The lead was desorpted in the form of lead sulfate;The iron and arsenic were removed to the highest extend when sodium chlorate of 0.4688gram and calcium oxide of 12.3075gram were added to the solution containing ores powder of 30gram,when the pH of the leaching solution was between 3.8 and 4.0.The L9(?)quadrature table considering the effect of current density Dk,initial concentration of Cu2+CCu2+,concentration of H2SO4 CH2SO4,and the temperature T,on the current efficiencyηwas introduced. The better conditions in which cathode copper was achieved were: Dk=5.0A/dm2;CH2SO4=125g/L;CCu2+=45g/L;T=45℃。The regular bluestone prepared in the first phase played a predominant part in the forming of cathode copper whose elements contents by AAS were accordant to the correlative standard.
