Refractory organism almost can not be decomposed by microorganism. Because refractory organism can not be easily decomposed, they will be accumulated in water, land and other natural environment, then they will enter living bodies and gradually congregate. They are deleterious not only to the health of living things, but also to the whole ecosystem and finally will harm human beings. By far, the main treatment method of refractory organic wastewater home and abroad include pHysical and chemical pretreatment technology and biological treatment technology.Micro-electrolysis can greatly improve the decomposition capacity of the refractory organic wastewater and will be beneficial to the following treatment. Micro-electrolysis is simple and can enjoy industrialization easily. The raw material can be gained easily and they are cheap, so this method has promising application prospect. On the basis of the advantage of the micro-electrolysis and the deficiency of the present research, our project conduct a systematic research about the decomposition characters of the micro-electrolysis method, aiming to understand the relationship between the property of the decomposition and the structure of the material, exploring the principal of the process and summarizing all the parameters to provide reference for the actual engineering project design. The main content of the project research is the decomposition properties of the micro-electrolysis method. Several refractory organism series are selected, the influence of pH value, reaction time and the comparison of B/C before and after the experiment were studied. The experimental results showed that the reaction enjoys high speed and high-level decomposition efficiency. COD and chroma of the refractory organic wastewater can be removed efficiently and the following biodegradable capacity can be improved by using micro-electrolysis.
