The Heilongjiang Qitaihe mining area has the coal dust and the gas explosion dangerous. In recent years, along with the mine pit mining depth and intensity enlarge, the quantity of the gas gushes out and the risk of coal and gas outburst increase, the gas gushes out does not assume the regularity. The Xinxing mine, the Xinjian mine, the Xinli mine, the Taoshan mine has the coal and gas presses out or leans out successively, brings a huge threat to the coal mine safety production.In the foundation of studies the domestic and foreign coal and gas outburst mechanisms, the thesis proposes a hypothesis that the electromagnetic wave causes the gas adsorbed by the coal bed desorbs massively, thus changes the in-situ stress and the gas pressure in the coal bed, and finally induces the coal and gas outburst, and explains this hypothesis through the quantum chemistry computational method and the quantum-mechanical theory.The thesis guards against the question of coal and gas outburst local prevention technology of the Qitaihe coal industry group Xinxing mine 67 layer 41051 tunneling working surfaces, proposed to use the deep hole control pre-splitting demolition to pull out gas with excavating technology. Unifies the scene measured data, determined the drill hole arrangement and the demolition optimized parameter which suits its working surface, has obtained the very good economic and social efficiency.
