Coal and gas outburst is one of the greatest natural disaster which manaced coalmine safety all along .Our country is a country which happened coal and gas outburstvery heavily. The methods for researching coal and gas outburst prevention havegood economic and social profits. Longhole shock controlled blasting is a blasting that detonates long-blasthole infront of workface and makes coal body become shock under existing some discharge-pressure coal body in front of pierceing work face.Controlled holes play the role ofcontrolling blasting directinon and repaying the place of blasting crack in this process.Longhole shock controlled blasting is an important method which preventes coal andgas ouburst in tunnelling. This paper sums up and analyses the form-crack mechanism of longhole shockcontrolled blasting;and discusses blasting parameter's design method;and processes adetailed analysis for choosing powder ,load powder mode and choosing holedistance;especially propounds reference computational formula of fracturing sphere 'sgas vent range through analysing results with statistics of fracturing sphere 's gas ventradius. In order to proving of this formula's correctness, we test blasting fracturingsphere on the job, and test proves that this formula basically accords with the fact. In order to verificing this paper's production in shock controlled blasting, wedid blasting industrial test on a pierceing work face at 10th coal mine of PingdingshanCoal Group and then sort and analysed the data.
